They who have been kept here till they should live again upon earth,

Humanity do not know that several people do reincarnate here on earth from hell fire. That is why many are disobeying the word of God and breaking the Covenant System Of Worship. Many people here on earth were sent here from hell fire, just for them to correct the wrongs that they had done in their previous lifetimes, so that they can go to heaven. But out of their spiritual blindness and ignorance, they come back to earth and continue disobeying the word of God, without knowing that worse punishments are waiting for them inside the hell fire. And many are living both inside the hell fire and on earth, at the same time; just as many saints of God are living in heaven and on earth, at the same time.

a voice as of thunder and the rushing of winds

This is the voice of angels of God. Sometimes, the rushing winds you see here on earth are angels moving. They appear as rushing winds because people are not spiritually developed to clearly see them.

And the prince said to his impious officers,

His impious officers means evil spirits and demons.

were seized with fear in their several kingdoms,

The hell fire has several regions, with different levels of cruelty. There are marine kingdoms, demonic kingdoms, etc, just as you have various cities inside one country.

a full proof of your greatness, which you seems not to notice

Despite His greatness, Jesus still appears very simple. The children of God should learn to be very simple and humble. That does not mean to live a poor lifestyle. It simply means to be obedient and kind, without being selfish and demanding, irrespective of your social position and spiritual level.

dominion over Satan

All those who work with Satan, or for Satan, end up becoming his worst enemies.

Also, all those who team up against God or His saints, become worst enemies inside the hell fire, where they are busy cursing one another and spitting on themselves.

to engage with him in battle, and to be slain by him at Jerusalem

This shows why Spiritual Science is very important. Many people are bringing various problems to themselves, by doing the wrong things, even so without knowing it. When the Israelites were accusing Jesus, shouting “Crucify Him,” they never knew that it was Satan that was motivating and empowering them to do so.
